Lets face it, our economy has been on the rocks for a few years now. Even though things are getting better, Senator Primeaux realizes that everything is still not perfect for everyone. Sen. Primeaux is working hard to decrease unemployment and create jobs for more people.
Education
The fact is, children are the future of our country. Without a proper education, our children will not have the fundamental skills that they need to be a positive force in our increasingly competitive workforce. Senator Primeaux believes that early childhood programs are so important because they foster a love of learning from an early age. The federal government has an enormous opportunity to provide these type of programs to lower income families.
Senator Olivia Primeaux is extremely passionate about many issues and stands up for what she believes is best for her constituents and the country as a whole.
ISSUES
Outdoor Education
Senator Primeaux believes that Outdoor Education is the perfect way to combine education for our youth with a greater appreciation for our environment. Studies have shown that being outside helps kids deal with depression and anxiety as well as sparking creativity. Check out Sen. Environment
Over the past few years, our environment has been screaming for help. Global Climat Change has given us the wake up we need to get serious about protecting our environnment for our future. I don't think anyone can imagine a future in which the great Colorado River, is not safe to get water from, the Grand Lake is uninhabitable by underwater life, and the forests around the Rocky Mountains are gone. A big part of who you are is what you leave behind so lets leave a better world for our children. Along with protecting our environment, we need to embrace it and encourage everyone to get outside and experience everything that the great state of Colorado has to offer.
